Shipping Your Flowers to Us
All floral shipments will be sent to our Omaha, Nebraska location. The exact shipping address will be provided via email after your order has been placed and confirmed.
For any local drop-off or pickup orders, we will contact you directly with next steps. Please note that during checkout, shipping may still appear as an option.
Important:
- Please do not ship flowers until you have received the official email with the correct address and shipping instructions.
- This ensures your flowers arrive safely and on time for proper preservation.
- We are not responsible for flowers shipped to an incorrect or outdated address.

What Happens After Your Flowers Arrive?
- Confirmation: We'll send you photos and videos of your flowers upon arrival
- Preservation begins: Your flowers enter our careful preservation process
- Updates: We'll keep you informed throughout the 6-12 month creation timeline. time line is based on season, volume of products ordered along with quantity ordered
- Completion: You'll be notified when your piece is ready for pickup or return shipping

If you're in the Omaha area, you can drop off your flowers locally! Contact us at 402-807-5305 to schedule a convenient drop-off time.
Return Shipping
Once your preserved flower art is complete, we'll carefully package and ship it back to you (shipping costs apply). Local customers are welcome to pick up their finished pieces at no additional charge.
