How Wedding Bouquet Preservation Works
Preserving your wedding flowers is simpler than most brides expect. Here is the process from start to finish:
- Drop off or ship your bouquet. Omaha-area brides can drop off locally. If you are outside Omaha, we provide shipping guidance to get your flowers to us safely.
- We assess and prepare your blooms. Every flower is inspected, cleaned, and prepared using the preservation method best suited to its variety and your chosen keepsake style.
- You choose your keepsake style. Select from pressed flower frames, resin blocks, 3D shadowboxes, jewelry, ornaments, clocks, and more.
- We handcraft your piece. Each keepsake is made by hand in our Omaha studio. No mass production. No shortcuts.
- Your keepsake is delivered. Finished pieces are carefully packaged and shipped to you, or available for local pickup.
Timing: We recommend dropping off or shipping your bouquet within 3-5 days of your wedding for best results. Fresh flowers preserve most vividly.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon after my wedding should I send my flowers? Within 3 days is ideal. The fresher the flowers, the more vivid the final result. If you cannot ship immediately, keep your bouquet in water in a cool location and contact us for guidance.
We accept flowers no matter how much time has passed. While the first 3 days are the "sweet spot" for the best possible results, we can often preserve bouquets that are older. Every bouquet is unique, and we'll do everything we can to create a beautiful piece of art from your flowers.
Can you preserve flowers that have already dried? Yes, in many cases. Dried flowers can still be preserved beautifully, though color vibrancy may differ from fresh preservation. Contact us before shipping so we can advise on the best approach.
Do you preserve bouquets from outside Omaha? Absolutely. We ship nationwide. Many of our clients are across the US. We will walk you through the shipping process to make sure your flowers arrive safely.
How long does the preservation process take? Turnaround time varies by keepsake style and current order volume. We will give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Can I include other items with my bouquet? Yes. Many brides include boutonnières, flower girl petals, or meaningful blooms from family members. Let us know what you are sending and we will incorporate them thoughtfully.
