Custom Orders

All custom orders — including pressed flower frames, resin preservation pieces, shadowboxes, and jewelry — are made to order and are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Each piece is handcrafted using your unique florals and cannot be resold or reused. We take great care to communicate design details before production begins. Please review your order confirmation carefully.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
